Authorized Field Service School
This intensive 36-hour course is the foundation of the Briggs & Stratton Service Network. The student will learn many useful skills including the following topics:

The Master Service Technician Exam (MST) is a 4½- hour exam that will test your skills in the following areas: Microfiche & Warranty, Repair Instruction Manuals, Troubleshooting, Parts Identification & Cylinder Bore Measurement and General Theory & Knowledge. Study guide is provided with school materials.

Classes run Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm (please check registration form for upcoming dates). Catered Lunch is included daily. The Master Service Technician Exam is offered as an option on the Friday after each Authorized Field Service School.
