- Q: Why am I having a problem?
- A: When we identified the need to update our website, there were certain issues that
needed to be considered. An important one was security. Our new site incorporates
many "behind the scene" security protections, that may be transparent to you.
Unfortunately, to incorporate these changes, we had to modify the way Persona
could be handled moving forward. We apologize for this inconvenience, but in the
long run, it will be better for all.
- Q: I currently have a Persona shortcut on my desktop, how can I modify it to work?
- A: When you open the shortcut, just add a :8080 to the end of our name in the "Persona server name or IP" box. The modified version should read – www.atlanticpowerinc.com:8080. Press the "Enter" key. Under sessions, you should see "Atlantic Power Order Entry" Double click, and Persona will launch.
- Q: I don't have a Persona shortcut on my desktop, what do I need to do?
- A: If you do not have a shortcut on your desktop, you will have to re-download the
Persona client. On the homepage, under the "Online Ordering" drop down, menu,
click on "Persona Setup Instructions" and follow the instructions, making sure that
ALL internet security suites are temporarily disabled for this process.
