We recommend having a reliable high speed connection for best results.

1. Download File (System Requirements: XP/Windows Vista/7)
2. A small "File Download" box will appear. Choose the "Save File" option. The files will now begin to download.
3. Open the "zip" file you just downloaded.
4. Copy or drag the "Persona.exe" file to your desktop to create a shortcut.
5. Double-click on the "Person.exe" file launching Persona.
6. Make sure the "Persona server name or IP address" is www.atlanticpowerinc.com:8080
7. Click on "Atlantic Power Order Entry" and click the "Open" button.
8. A blue screen will open and will prompt you for your Username (API Account #) and Password.

Note: If the blue screen darkens, the session has timed out, you will need to re-launch Persona. The time-out period is relatively short, so please enter your account and password promptly.
